Can I propagate Amaryllis belladonna plants?
Of course you can! This plant may be multiplied by division, or as I call it, from its bulb. Here's how:
1. Carefully remove the bulbs from the ground without damaging them.
2. Carefully separate the bulbs with a knife.
3. If you have already done so, replant with a 6- to 8-inch gap and ensure the bulb's neck is above the soil's surface.
4. Use water to maintain moisture.
You can use the bulbs method and this also requires patience.
